Returns are accepted up to 15 days after the delivery date.
You must pay for the return, including any related customs fees.

Some preliminary information:

• Returned items must be new, unworn, with the original label and packaging. This will ensure that the lucky person ordering the item will receive it in the best possible condition.
  
• We will refund you within 15 working days of receipt of your return package, provided that the above conditions are met.
  
• If you wish to exchange a size, please mention the size you require when making your request. On receipt of your returned item, we will send you the new size at our expense. If you would like a size change at a lower price, we will refund the difference. On the other hand, if your size change involves a higher price, you will be reimbursed and we invite you to place a new order with the desired size.
  
• Exchanges are available for France only, and are subject to stock availability upon receipt. If necessary, we will issue a refund.
  
• Please enclose the delivery note for your order with your parcel.
