Returns are accepted up to 15 days after the delivery date.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any related customs fees.

Some important information:

• Returned items must be new, unworn, and include the original tag and packaging. This ensures that the next customer who orders this item will receive it in the best possible condition.

• We will process your refund within a maximum of 15 business days from the date we receive your return package, provided that the conditions mentioned above are met.

• If you’d like to exchange for a different size, please specify the desired size in your request. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send you the new size at our expense.

If your exchange involves switching from a baby size to a children’s size (or vice versa), and the price of the new size is lower, we will refund you the difference. However, if the new size is more expensive, you will receive a refund for your original order, and we invite you to place a new order with the desired size.

• Exchanges are available only for mainland France and are subject to stock availability upon receipt. If necessary, we will issue a refund.

• Please include the delivery slip for your order in your package
