Product returns
Returns are accepted up to 15 days after the delivery date.
Returns are at your expense, including any related customs charges.
Some preliminary information:
- Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with the original label and packaging, so that the lucky person ordering the item can receive it in the best possible condition. This will enable the lucky person ordering the item to receive it in the best possible condition.
- We will refund you within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of receipt of your return parcel, provided that the above-mentioned conditions are met. - If you wish to exchange your size, please mention the size you require when making your request. On receipt of your returned item, we will send you the new size at our expense. If you would like a size change at a lower price, we will refund the difference. On the other hand, if your size change involves a higher price, you will be reimbursed and we invite you to place a new order with the desired size.
- Exchanges are available for metropolitan France only, and are subject to stock availability upon receipt. If necessary, we will issue a refund
