We arrived on Sunday, the weather not ideal in Burgundy, but as in many regions this summer. We set up our suitcases, and by the time we got back downstairs, the sun's rays had broken through. We start the introductions with the 4 other couples and their children who will be our roommates for the week. The kids seemed to click, and we headed for the swimming pool a little further along the property in the heart of the Nièvre region.

The next morning, the children get ready for a day immersed in nature. Accompanied by Titaua, nature educator and sylvotherapy guide, they set off to discover the beauty of the park-like garden that surrounds us. Meanwhile, parents work in dedicated areas, read, stroll and bathe.

In the evening, everyone gets together to share the story of their day.

All this is fed by the excellent Hélène Borderies, traveling chef and culinary journalist. Author of Courges Toujours. She offers us healthy, local and organic cuisine at every meal. She makes the kitchen an open space where everyone can participate...
