Tracking your order
To track the delivery status of your order, go to your customer account. Click on the tracking number of the order concerned. You will also receive an e-mail with the tracking link for your order.
However, click & collect orders to our Boutiques are not tracked: you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
During clearance sales, private sales and sales periods, the preparation and dispatch of your order may take slightly longer.
Transporting your parcel
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Standard delivery in France is by hand without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packages are oversized and well-protected.
