Deposit your selection of validated second-hand pieces in the dedicated box available in our physical stores in Paris.
The amount will be given to you in the form of a voucher valid for 3 months only in our physical Poudre Organic boutiques, on new and second-hand items.
Second-hand items are delivered to Mondial Relay & Chrono 2Shop points in the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg. Click & collect delivery is also available in our Paris boutiques.
Orders including both new and second-hand products will be shipped in separate parcels. Your new items will leave directly from our logistics department, while your second-hand items will be dispatched by our boutique managers. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on whether the items are shipped from the warehouse or the store.
In accordance with regulations, you have 15 days from receipt to request a return. You must return the product in its original condition, with all original accessories/labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including customs duties. After verification, we will reimburse the original payment method within 10 days of receipt of the return. Any non-conforming returns may be refused.

- No signs of wear
We do not accept:
- Worn, pilled, stained, holed or felted items
- Items without size or brand labels
- Items more than five years old
- We reserve the right to refuse certain items if they do not meet our criteria.
