How do I sell?

1. We sort together

Select your items and bring them to one of our sales outlets. We'll sort them out together.
Items must be impeccable!

2. You deposit

Deposit your validated selection of second-hand items in the dedicated box available in our boutiques.

3. We'll give you a gift voucher

The amount will be given to you as a voucher valid for 3 months in our Poudre Organic boutiques.

Depending on the parts available second-hand in our stores, you can also find our selection online.

Second hand

Delivery

If your order includes both new and second-hand products, they will be shipped in separate parcels. Your new items will be shipped directly from our super logistician, while your second-hand items will be shipped by our boutique managers.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the delivery date.
You are responsible for the cost of the return, including any customs duties.
