Product Returns
YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCTS ?
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the delivery date.The return is at your expense, including the related customs charges.
And your return or exchange request is now done online! Go to your customer account, in 'my orders' then 'return an item' or make your request directly here.
Some preliminary information:
- Returned items must be new, never worn, with the original label and packaging. This will allow the lucky person who will order this article to receive them in the best conditions.
- We proceed to the refund within 15 working days from the date of receipt of your return package, provided that the conditions mentioned above are met.
- If you wish to exchange your size, please mention the size you want when making your request. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send you the new size at our expense. If you want a size change with a lower price then we will refund you the difference. On the other hand, if your size change involves a higher price, you will be refunded and we invite you to place a new order with the desired size.

Exchanges are availablefor metropolitan France only, and depending on available stocks at reception. If necessary we will proceed to a refund.
