Your package is prepared and shipped by a logistics professional. We attach the greatest importance to you receiving your products in good conditions. You have the possibility to ask for a gift package for the products you wish to offer.

Our team is at your disposal by phone at 09 82 32 88 61 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:15 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm), or by email at serviceclient@poudreorganic.fr and even by mail if you wish. We commit ourselves to answer you within 2 working days.

3. Easy returns

Because ordering on the Internet is not always easy, we have set up an easy return system. The return form is attached to your package, you just have to connect to your personal space and make your return request.
Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. In the event of an error on our part, the cost of return will be refunded.

4. Secure payment

To ensure the security of online payments, Poudre Organic uses the Paypal payment platform, as well as the secure online payment solution of the Caisse d'Epargne allowing you to make your purchases safely without sharing your banking data.
The confidential data (the 16-digit credit card number, the expiration date and the visual cryptogram) are directly transmitted encrypted to the payment platforms concerned, without passing through the physical media of Poudre Organic's servers.
When you make a purchase on Poudre Organic, you are directed to a Caisse d'Epargne payment page that is fully secure thanks to the HTTPS protocol. The payment process is done directly on the secure server.

5. Fast delivery

Our logistics team is committed to shipping your package within 24-48 hours of your payment. And the shipping costs are free from 80€ of purchase. (For France)

In 2014, at the time of the launch of Poudre Organic, Manon, still touched by the emotion that touched the Rana Plaza disaster wanted to develop a concept that leaves the beautiful part to the ecology and to the workers of the shadow of fashion.

No more infernal rhythm that consists in producing always more, always faster, and always cheaper.

Poudre Organic is part of a sustainable approach. To make clothes which respect 4 criteria:

- Use cotton from organic farming, and certified GOTS. Today, this is the only certification that can guarantee internationally a socially and ecologically responsible textile production.

- to produce in factories in Europe that ensure good working conditions for employees, and we personally see to it by visiting our factories several times a year in Portugal, the cradle of textile manufacturing in Europe.

- To commit to finding a second life for old Poudre Organic collections(last-chance section, integration in boxes, donations to associations...)

- To propose clothes at the right price, which allows to pay correctly the producer, the distributor, and which allows you, the consumer, to put organic cotton in your child's wardrobe.
